Yet another 2 weeks have passed. I hope that if I don't go and keep on counting down it, holidays will come faster. Haha.
The passing out of the 35th Band NCO Camp was, I would say a success. Although there were some minor faults here and there, but what can we say? They tried their best. Well done! Training all of them was quite fun, they aren't like the NCC cadets who we usually train. They readily ask questions when doubt and also know when is the time to cut their jokes when needed.
After that was one week was normal school week which was just over. School load has been much better than last semester but the number of presentations gone up. I guess I don't mind doing them cause when I look from a different angle, it sort of build up my confidences talking to people. At least all these are my classmates, so even if I make a mistake, we will just laugh over it for awhile rather than I learn it the hard way next time. But overall, it seems quite a easier semester compared to the last one.
Spending a little time in NCC nowadays, helping out SM in terms of PDS. A bit of lost touch on my side, but still manage to help some way or another. Plans for next year is quite big, so it would be good if I can do my best to help out in anyway possible.
Yesterday was the official closing of Montfort Secondary School. I would say that the school does brings back memories when I look back. All the fun times as a class, as student councillors. All these memories will just remain in our hearts while the places where we build this memories are being teared down. But I sort of agree with Bro Emmanual. He said that this is the time to begin a new chapter in life. Keep all the not so good stuff behind and bring forward the happy memories we all have in the present site. So I guess, this is goodbye to the school. I sort of felt sad when we sang the school song for the last time in the school hall yesterday. That was the time when I truely understand ther whole meaning behind the song after singing it for almost 11 years.
