Didn’t manage to keep up to what I say about the blogging often part. Haha. It has been like almost 2 weeks since I last blogged?
I think a lot of things had happened for this past 2 weeks. I will try to recall as much as I can here. Had the rest of my papers for MST for the first week. I guess all the papers were relatively easy bah; C Programming, Engineering Math and Thermofluids. The only problem I faced was in C Programming cause I never really study for it, then when it came to the part of writing a program, I just lost down there. I just wrote all the standard stuff and crap something out for the ‘body’ part. Thermofluids was not that bad. I managed to remember all the formulas needed and just applied them in the paper. Haha. Next came Engineering Math. I think this is the lamest MST paper of all. 1.5 hours paper, ¾ of my class finished it in like 15 minutes? LOL. The paper was quite easy to do also.
That week, I also had a few AYG shifts. I just never go for duty for 3 days, like got so many happening things sia. Haha. Shan’t talk about the events that happen, I think really got too many things. Haha. Stayed over on Friday, wanted to watch Death Race, but I think we all drove too fast, went to sleep when we touched the bed. LOL. Next morning, as usual, we were ALMOST late again. But luckily we made it in time and the girls were already there mending the station. So basically the whole day was normal duties, I don’t think there is anything special that happened.
Left early in the evening to attend Louise’s school concert. First time I attended a concert alone. Really like some idiot? I don’t know the place and I know nobody there. I think I was like one of the first to arrive. Then I notice something, the prefects that were on duty, from my point of view, were not professional enough. Running around, laughing and playing when guests already arrived. This is something which I discourage my councilors from doing last time. But it is not my school, so I got not say. Haha. The concert overall was quite interesting. But maybe I don’t know how to appreciate dramas and dances, so they seem very boring to me. But I can say that in terms of performing arts for music, they were quite good. Met up with Louise after that and bused/walked her home.
Sunday, was like every other week, woke up early and prepared for church. After practice, we headed out to Marina Mandarin for lunch. That was what we had plan for but upon reaching there, seems like there wasn’t any place for 7 of us. And I think they also didn’t want to serve us. Cause we were standing at the reception for so long and the lady on the phone didn’t even bother to check and told us that there isn’t any space. I think this type of service attitude sucks. If it is just because we were in polo shirts and jeans, then I don’t know what attire I must wear to be worthy of entering. LOL. After that, we walked back to Marina Square. After looking at the directions, someone decided that we go will go to “Yuki Yaki”. I didn’t know what was that, so I just followed. It is another shop like “Seoul Garden”. Whack the meat like crazy and we also had lots of fun too. Haha. I think we all enjoyed the ice-cream the most. Rena was like going crazy? LOL.
The last of whole week, apart from lessons, I also went down to AYG for the last 2 days. Did normal duties again. But this time, they took back quite a lot of places so we only like got 2 places which we got to station ourselves? Slack all the way, talked to Kuan Hoe for quite some time also. Haha. Did a bit of duty for the closing ceremony, then went home after that. Took back some results. My class generally did quite well for all papers. I think I also didn’t do that bad also. I think maybe because it is only MST, the papers were quite easy. I also had Diploma-Plus MST on Wednesday. I didn’t check thorough enough, made a lot of mistakes. Then I also never say study for it, so a lot of questions I also don’t know how to do.
Saturday met up with Clive and the gang. Went all the way up to Orchard, then came back to Serangoon Gardens. Like a bit waste my time but never mind. Haha. Chilled at “Liquid Kitchen”. Managed to catch up a bit with the rest of the people. Played pool with some of them and drank also. Stayed there till 2am, then left. Clive and those staying near him, took a cab back. Ah Neo and Yihui took a bus? I didn’t really ask how they going back. Then Randy, Derry and me took bus back.
Sunday went to church again as usual. Nothing really special that happen. Went home and sleep awhile before starting a bit of work.
This week, nothing much happen also. Finally went to gym on Monday, Frankie and Idris were also there. Need to chiong quite a bit for this week. CRS MST is this Friday, haven’t completed finding my points yet. Then next week got ONOW debate to do. I really hate these 2 modules. Got totally no link to my course and it is considered core modules. It just sucks.
Thank you.
